Who we are

At Beadon Farmhouse, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website and guests to our Garden Cottage. We will not use the data you give us (or we receive from other sources, e.g. Airbnb, Facebook) in any way other than how we specifically state we will be doing so.

 

Visitors to our website

Guests

We use Airbnb exclusively for our bookings. When you make an online booking through Airbnb, your name, contact telephone number and profile information will be shared with us by Airbnb as part of your reservation.

 

We will use this information to enable us to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us, or to notify you of any change to our service. We will not disclose this information to any third party.

WIFI

We operate open access wifi in our Garden Cottage. We do not collect any data about your use of the internet while you stay with us.

Access to your personal information

You have the right to access information held about you. Please email your request to victoria@beadonfarmhouse.co.uk and we will respond to your request within 14 days.

 

Holding your data

If you request to be removed from our mailing list, your details will remain on our booking system (Airbnb) but you will no longer be contacted directly by us. You should contact Airbnb directly with regards to the data they hold on you.
